We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges under the guidelines below.
Exchanges (Size or Style)
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:

Unwashed

In original condition
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including return shipping and the shipping cost for the replacement item.
If the new order qualifies for our free shipping threshold ($70+), the replacement item will ship free.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the item price only.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, including orders that qualified for free shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us at momsbakery@sevenbrothersburgers.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly cover the cost of shipping and send a replacement.
